A will can be also challenged on the grounds of forgery, fraud, mistake and even some other grounds.
FORGERY,FRAUD AND OTHER GROUNDS:
A will can be challenged on the basis of fraud if the testator was tricked into signing a will  or mislead about the provisions of the will being signed.  Likewise, it may be possible to challenge a will on the basis that the testator was mistaken as to the contents of a will.

Of course if it can be proven that a signature on a will is a forgery, then the will can be challenged.  If the person whose name is on the will did not actually sign it himself, then the will cannot be admitted to probate.

There may be other grounds on which a will contest may be based.  If you have a question about a possible will contest, please contact us so that we can help you evaluate your case.
